Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. HomeGoodsYo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

HomeGoodsYo is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delays
